Scope and our role
EdgeAmplify is built and operated by EDGE Operations. This notice applies when you visit our websites, create or use an EdgeAmplify account, submit a sponsorship request, book a demo, or otherwise communicate with us.
Schools, districts, and other organizations decide what information to place in their workspaces. When they add sponsor contacts, program records, or other workspace information, we generally handle that information on the organization’s behalf to provide the service.
EdgeAmplify is designed for organization staff, representatives, and sponsors—not for use by children. Please do not submit student education records or sensitive student information unless EDGE Operations has agreed to that use in writing.
Information we collect
The information we handle depends on how you use EdgeAmplify and may include:
- Account and access information, such as your email address, authentication information, notification preferences, organization memberships, and access role.
- Organization and workspace information, including organization and program details, sponsor contacts, CRM notes, inventory, campaigns, sponsorship amounts and dates, and related operational records.
- Requests and communications, such as information submitted through public sponsorship inquiries, our embedded demo-booking form, support messages, and email replies.
- Files and media, including logos, placement images, sponsorship creative, fulfillment photos, filenames, notes, file types, and submission times.
- Payment-related records, such as transaction amounts, status, and Stripe account, checkout, or payment identifiers. Payment card and bank credentials are provided directly to Stripe rather than stored in EdgeAmplify’s application records.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, session and preference cookies, requested pages, analytics, and diagnostic logs.
How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, personalize, and improve EdgeAmplify;
- authenticate users and manage organization-scoped access;
- run sponsorship, marketplace, payment, signage, and communication workflows;
- respond to inquiries, provide support, and send service-related messages;
- provide AI-assisted features that a user chooses to invoke;
- measure service use, troubleshoot problems, and protect users and the platform; and
- meet legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.
AI-assisted features
When you choose an AI-assisted feature, EdgeAmplify may send your prompt and relevant workspace context to an AI service provider to produce a response or image. Depending on the feature, that context can include organization or program details, sponsor and campaign information, inventory, dates, financial summaries, and prior messages in the conversation.
Assistant conversations and model responses may be retained in EdgeAmplify so users can continue their work and authorized operators can support the service. Avoid placing unnecessary sensitive or student information in AI prompts.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The appropriate period varies by the kind of information, how it is used, and the instructions or account arrangement of the customer organization.
When an organization controls information in its workspace, requests about that information may need to be directed to the organization first.
Your choices and requests
You can update certain account and notification settings inside EdgeAmplify. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Those rights may be subject to legal exceptions and the responsibilities of the organization that provided or controls the information.
To make a privacy request, email contact@edgeamplify.com. Please describe your request and your relationship to EdgeAmplify so we can verify and route it appropriately.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including HTTPS, established authentication controls, scoped workspace access, and hosted payment flows. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their account access and tell us promptly about suspected misuse.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as EdgeAmplify and our practices change. We will post the revised notice here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
Questions about this notice or EdgeAmplify’s privacy practices can be sent to contact@edgeamplify.com.
