Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to EdgeAmplify, a service built and operated by EDGE Operations. By creating an account, accessing a workspace, submitting a sponsorship request, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use EdgeAmplify for a school, district, business, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization and bind it to these Terms. If EDGE Operations and your organization have a separate signed agreement, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

EdgeAmplify provides tools for managing sponsorship programs, inventory, campaigns, sponsor relationships, requests, payments, creative, fulfillment, and related organization workflows. Features may vary by organization, configuration, or stage of availability.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account and contact information;
• protecting your sign-in links, password, device, and account access;
• using only organizations and programs you are authorized to access;
• keeping memberships and invitations current; and
• promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

You and your organization retain ownership of information and materials you submit to EdgeAmplify. You give EDGE Operations a non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service, including making content public when your organization chooses a public setting.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and for having the rights, notices, and permissions needed to use names, contact information, logos, images, creative, proof materials, and other submitted content. Do not submit student education records or sensitive student information unless EDGE Operations has agreed to that use in writing.

Participating organizations control their public profiles, sponsorship offers, prices, availability, request review, approval, and fulfillment. A public request is an expression of interest and does not charge the requester or guarantee acceptance, availability, exclusivity, placement, or results.

EdgeAmplify facilitates communication and workflow between organizations and sponsors. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, EDGE Operations is not the school, sponsor, or party responsible for performing the underlying sponsorship. The organization and sponsor are responsible for confirming their final scope, creative requirements, schedule, cancellation terms, and fulfillment expectations.

EdgeAmplify uses Stripe-hosted checkout and connected-account onboarding. Stripe’s terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services. EdgeAmplify stores transaction status and identifiers but does not ask you to enter payment card or bank credentials directly into the EdgeAmplify application.

As of the date these Terms were last updated, EdgeAmplify applies a 25% service fee to sponsorship payments processed through its standard Stripe checkout. The service fee is deducted before funds are paid out to the participating organization. A different written fee arrangement may apply, and Stripe may separately charge its own processing fees.

The organization and sponsor remain responsible for applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and sponsorship obligations under their arrangement. Contact EDGE Operations before enabling online payments if you need to confirm the fee arrangement for your organization.

Some EdgeAmplify features use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, summaries, plans, text, or images. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular audience. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing, or acting on it and for ensuring that your use does not violate another person’s rights.

EdgeAmplify and its AI features do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice. Obtain qualified advice when your decision requires it.

You may not use EdgeAmplify to:

• break the law, commit fraud, misrepresent sponsorships, or facilitate harm;
• access an account, organization, program, or data without authorization;
• upload malware or interfere with the service, its security, or other users;
• probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent access or usage controls;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
• use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications.

EdgeAmplify relies on third-party services for functions such as payments, email, sign-in, maps, storage, analytics, signage, and AI. Their terms may apply to your use, and their availability or decisions can affect EdgeAmplify features.

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We work to keep EdgeAmplify useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned and emergency maintenance, provider outages, and other events may affect access.

You may stop using EdgeAmplify at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, respond to legal requirements, investigate suspected misuse, or address a material breach of these Terms.

Access to workspace information after an account or organization relationship ends depends on the organization’s instructions, any separate agreement, and applicable legal obligations. Contact us before closing an account if you need to discuss retrieval or handling of organization-controlled information.

EDGE Operations and its licensors own EdgeAmplify, including the software, design, branding, and service materials, excluding content supplied by users and organizations. These Terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of EdgeAmplify to you.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow EDGE Operations to use them without restriction or compensation, while you keep ownership of any rights you already hold in that feedback.

EdgeAmplify is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, EDGE Operations disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee a particular sponsorship, revenue result, sponsor response, placement outcome, or AI result.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Each organization and sponsor remains responsible for its own decisions, content, agreements, legal obligations, and conduct.

We may update these Terms as EdgeAmplify changes. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
